Welcome to the Panhellenic Community at Virginia Tech! The Panhellenic Community is comprised of 13 wonderful sorority chapters on Virginia Tech’s campus. More than 2,800 women have already found their home in one of these chapters. Here in the Panhellenic community we are dedicated to helping woman identifying individuals make their college experience more meaningful and memorable. Panhellenic Council at Virginia Tech

The Panhellenic community encourages its members to fulfill their potential by creating an environment of interfraternal sisterhood, actively living out the traditions of our founders and creed, upholding high standards and promoting individual responsibility, inspiring intellectual growth, and reflecting a positive image of the University’s motto, Ut Prosim.

National Panhellenic Conference Creed

We, as undergraduate members of women’s fraternities, stand for good scholarship, for guarding of good health, for maintenance of fine standards, and for serving, to the best of our ability, our college community. Cooperation for furthering fraternity life, in harmony with its best possibilities, is the ideal that shall guide our fraternity activities. We, as fraternity women, stand for service through the development of character inspired by the close contact and deep friendship of individual fraternity and Panhellenic life. The opportunity for wide and wise human service, through mutual respect and helpfulness, is the tenet by which we strive to live.

Fraternity and Sorority Life

The vision of Fraternity and Sorority Life is to be a community that inspires lifetime engagement in the spirit of Ut Prosim.

The Fraternity and Sorority Life Advisory Council encourages all of those in the Greek community to foster community by promoting lifelong learning, empowering personal growth, inspiring intellectual development, cultivating leadership, encouraging philanthropy and service, and sharing values of brotherhood and sisterhood.
